Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who lives and breathes sports someone who understands the pulse of fans, moments that matter, and how to turn them into engaging, high-performing content.
This role is ideal for someone who combines sports awareness + digital creativity + trend intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) with a robust sports-driven content approach.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, copy) aligned with ongoing sports events, trends, and fan culture.
- Identify real-time trends in the sports ecosystem and convert them into engaging, viral-ready content.
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns from ideation to performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sports influencers, creators, and communities for campaign-based activations.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing) to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.
- Engage with the audience, monitor conversations, and build an active sports-focused community.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insights-driven reports to optimize content and campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients to conceptualize and execute impactful campaign strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of major sports (cricket, football, etc.) and current trends in the sports industry.




- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (agency experience is a plus).
- Ability to think creatively and execute content that has viral potential.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
