Job Overview

FinVise AI is looking for highly creative, professional, and execution-focused Content & Social Media Interns who are passionate about branding, storytelling, digital marketing, social media management, and modern content creation.

This role includes an initial evaluation and training period, after which high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time position.

We are looking for individuals who can help build and grow the digital presence of an AI-powered fintech startup through engaging content, strategic social media management, creative campaigns, and brand-focused communication.

If you enjoy working on startups, social media growth, branding, content strategy, and creative execution, this role is for you.

Selection Process

This role begins with a 3-month evaluation and training period designed to assess creativity, consistency, communication skills, execution quality, growth mindset, and team fit.

Compensation is applicable upon successful conversion to a full-time role. Candidates who meet performance expectations during this period may be offered a full-time position within the specified salary range.

What You'll Work On

- Create engaging and professional content for social media platforms
- Handle and manage social media accounts for FinVise AI
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules
- Design creative posts, carousels, presentations, and branding materials
- Assist in building the overall digital presence and online branding of the startup
- Research industry trends, viral formats, fintech content ideas, and audience engagement strategies
- Write captions,



content copies, hooks, and storytelling-based posts
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams on campaigns and launches
- Help increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and social media growth
- Participate in campaign planning, audience interaction, and community engagement
- Use AI tools and modern digital platforms to improve content quality and productivity
- Contribute creative ideas for startup growth, campaigns, and online presence

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong interest in content creation, branding, and social media management
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and modern digital trends
- Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling ability
- Basic knowledge of Canva, graphic design, content tools, or editing platforms
- Understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated, creative, and execution-focused mindset
