Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to lead design development and project execution in Shimla. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and structural reality, ensuring all designs are innovative, functional, and perfectly suited for hill-station terrains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of detailed concept designs, 3D renderings, and comprehensive construction documentation.

- Oversee project lifecycles from initial briefing through to final site handover, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, project managers, engineering consultants, and site contractors.

- Conduct regular site visits in the Shimla region to monitor progress,



resolve design issues on the ground, and ensure construction aligns with approved blueprints.

- Ensure all architectural plans strictly comply with local environmental laws, Himachal Pradesh town and country planning bylaws, and structural safety standards.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.

- Licensure: Mandatory registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in an architectural firm, preferably working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects in hilly regions.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite.
