ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, skilled, and organized reception area at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Managing inward / outward couriers.

Required Skills:



Prior experience in managing reception / front desk

Strong follow up skills with internal department & team

Excellent communication skill in Hindi & English (written / verbal both)
