We are looking for a motivated Travel Executive to join our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

The role involves understanding client travel requirements and suggesting suitable travel packages and itineraries while coordinating with internal teams for bookings and arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Handling

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.

Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and travel guidance.

Booking Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations team for hotel bookings, cab arrangements, and travel planning.




- Ensure smooth communication between clients and service providers.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, travel sales, or tourism industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.
- Robust customer service skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience selling holiday packages or travel services.
- Familiarity with Indian tourist destinations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
