1. Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their hospital experience.
2. Act as a single point of contact between patients and hospital departments for smooth coordination.
3. Communicate politely with patients to understand their needs and guide them appropriately, including reviewing repeat patient records when required.
4. Ensure a comfortable and caring environment for patients, supporting basic hospitality needs whenever required.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient care workplace in coordination with housekeeping staff.
6. Ensure timely documentation and assist in smooth discharge and patient processing.
7. Provide emotional support and psychological comfort to patients and their relatives through effective communication.
8. Maintain constant interaction with patients to ensure a sense of personalized care.

Monitor patient condition and vital signs, and promptly report any abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
10. Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed, strictly following clinical protocols.
11. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
12. Maintain accurate nursing records, patient notes, and documentation as per hospital standards.
13. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and overall hospital hygiene standards.
14. Support smooth patient flow and coordination across departments within the hospital.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
