Position: Regional Sales Head

Location: Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Industry: Bank Finance, Government Subsidy & Industrial Consultancy

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

Reporting To: Management / Director

Vehicle Requirement: Candidate must own a four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Head for the Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar region. The candidate should have strong knowledge of bank finance, project finance, term loans, working capital finance, government subsidies, industrial incentives, and MSME advisory.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business in the region, recruiting and managing a sales/business development team, building strong relationships with factory owners, industrial associations, banks, consultants, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development The candidate shall be responsible for generating business leads for:

Bank finance

Term loan and working capital proposals

Project reports and CMA data

Government subsidy consultation

Maharashtra industrial incentives

Electricity duty exemption / refund matters

MIDC, MPCB, MSEDCL and other industrial approvals

He should identify potential factory owners, industrial units, manufacturers, hotels, MSMEs and expansion projects in the region.

- Association & Department Coordination The candidate should actively visit and maintain relations with:

AURIC / Aurangabad Industrial City

MCCIA

Waluj Industrial Association

MIDC offices

MPCB offices

MSEDCL offices

DIC / Industries Department

Banks and financial institutions

Other government and semi-government departments connected with industrial units





He should arrange meetings, seminars, one-to-one appointments and business development activities through these associations and departments.

- Client Meeting & Conversion The candidate should be capable of independently meeting factory owners and business promoters, understanding their requirements, collecting basic project details, explaining available finance and subsidy opportunities, and arranging final meetings with the management team.

He should be able to follow up professionally and help convert leads into confirmed assignments.

- Team Recruitment & Management The candidate shall be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a regional sales/business development team under him.

He should assign targets, monitor daily visits, review lead pipelines, guide team members, and ensure disciplined reporting and follow-up.

- Market Intelligence The candidate should keep track of:

New industrial projects in the region

Expansion plans of existing factories

Bank finance requirements

Subsidy opportunities

MIDC allotments

MPCB consent applications

MSEDCL power connection cases

Government policy updates relevant to industries

He should regularly share market updates and business opportunities with the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, finance, subsidy consultancy, industrial consultancy or MSME advisory.





Strong understanding of bank finance, project finance, term loan, working capital, project reports and industrial subsidy schemes.

Positive network with factory owners, industrial associations, banks, MIDC, MPCB, MSEDCL and government departments will be preferred.

Ability to recruit and manage a team.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Should be confident in meeting promoters, directors, factory owners and senior officials.

Must be target-oriented and capable of independently developing the Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar region.

Candidate must own a four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, existing network, capability and performance.

Attractive incentive structure may be offered based on lead conversion and business generation.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
