Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage the overall security operations for both Plant and Head Office locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, assets, infrastructure, and company operations while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across plant and corporate office locations.
- Oversee physical security operations including access control, surveillance systems, and security manpower management.
- Coordinate with security agencies, local authorities, and emergency response teams when required.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations related to security incidents.
- Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of security personnel.
- Monitor visitor management, material movement, and gate control activities.
- Handle emergency situations, crisis management,



and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards.
- Prepare security reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Support management in maintaining a secure and disciplined work environment.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of industrial and corporate security practices.
- Experience in handling plant security operations.
- Ability to manage emergency response and crisis situations.
- Robust coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and security audits.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in Security Management / Industrial Security will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, or large corporate environments preferred.
- Retired defence, police, or paramilitary personnel may also be considered.
