Job Summary As a Relationship Officer for Loans Against Property (LAP) in Medchal, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating LAP applications, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Originate and source new leads for Loans Against Property (LAP) products within the Medchal region.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, including property valuation and borrower credit assessment.

Guide clients through the entire LAP application process, explaining terms and conditions, and addressing queries.

Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP disbursements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and submit accurate loan proposals and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth processing of loans.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Job Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry with specific exposure to LAP.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.





Solid understanding of Loans Against Property products, credit assessment, and property valuation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi, and English) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of the Medchal market and real estate landscape is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
