It helps companies bring together data from machines, PLCs, CNCs, SCADA, DCS, sensors, and other industrial systems to improve real-time visibility, operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.

Facttwin serves industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Cement, Chemical, and Oil & Gas, helping plant and operations teams improve performance, quality, availability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

We are now building a young, high-energy enterprise sales team from Visakhapatnam to take Facttwin to industrial and manufacturing customers across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious candidates who want to build a career in enterprise B2B sales for industrial technology solutions.

This is not a pure desk sales role. The selected candidate will be based in Visakhapatnam, work closely with senior leadership, generate leads, speak with decision-makers, schedule meetings, present Facttwin’s value proposition, travel across India for customer meetings, and coordinate demos, proposals, and follow-ups.

The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, business understanding, confidence to speak with senior leaders, and the ability to learn and present a technology solution clearly.

Candidates from Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and other cities may also apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research target manufacturing and industrial companies across assigned regions in India.
- Build lead lists of decision-makers such as CEOs, COOs, Plant Heads, Manufacturing Heads, Operations Heads, Production Heads, Maintenance Heads, Digital Transformation Heads, and IT/OT Heads.
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns,



and structured follow-ups.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings with potential customers.
- Understand customer pain points related to plant visibility, machine utilization, downtime, maintenance, productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Present Facttwin’s Industrial IoT value proposition clearly to prospects.
- Attend online and physical customer meetings.
- Travel to different cities and industrial clusters for customer meetings when required.
- Coordinate with internal leadership for demos, solution discussions, pricing, proposals, and closures.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up emails, proposal inputs, and CRM updates.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, meetings, opportunities, and next steps.
- Work closely with the leadership team to improve sales pitch, market feedback, and conversion.

Target Industries The candidate will focus on enterprise and industrial customers across sectors such as:
- FMCG
- Pharmaceutical
- Automotive
- Cement
- Chemical
- Oil & Gas
- Other manufacturing and process industries

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are:
- MBA graduates or strong graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Confident in speaking to senior business and operations leaders.
- Strong in English and Hindi; Telugu or other regional languages are an added advantage.
- Positive at understanding business problems and explaining solutions.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and follow-ups.
- Willing to travel across India for client meetings.
- Valuable at preparing presentations, emails, meeting summaries, and simple proposal notes.
- Energetic, persistent, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Able to learn technology products and explain them in simple business language.
- Comfortable working in a growing business environment with high ownership.




- Willing to be based out of Visakhapatnam.

- Work towards monthly targets for meetings, demos, proposals, and closures.

Location & Travel

This role is based in Visakhapatnam.

Candidates from other cities may apply if they are willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam. The role includes regular travel across India for customer meetings.
