Digital Mojo is a results-driven digital marketing agency based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Since 2016, we have been helping brands scale through performance-focused digital strategies, storytelling, lead generation, branding, and high-impact marketing campaigns. We are now building the next chapter of our growth and this role is at the center of it.

Role Description

We are looking for a BD Marketing Manager who will own the agency's brand, content, and inbound pipeline from the ground up.

This is not a generic marketing role. This person will position Digital Mojo as the go-to digital marketing agency in Hyderabad and build the credibility, visibility, and inbound interest that fuels business growth. You will work directly with the Founder to translate the agency's work, thinking, and vision into content and campaigns that attract the right clients.

You will create the engine that makes BD Sales possible. Without this role firing well, sales has nothing to work with.

What This Role Is Not

- Not someone who posts on social media and calls it marketing
- Not someone who waits for the Founder to give them content ideas
- Not a graphic designer who also writes captions
- Not someone who measures success by likes and followers
- Not a support function. This is a growth function.

Key Responsibilities 1. Agency Brand and Positioning

- Own the Digital Mojo brand narrative across all external touchpoints
- Develop and maintain a clear, consistent agency positioning that differentiates Digital Mojo from competitors
- Build and execute the agency's content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the website
- Create content that communicates the agency's expertise, results, thinking, and culture
- Ensure every piece of external communication reflects a premium, credible, growth-oriented agency brand
- Work with the Founder to develop their personal brand on LinkedIn as a thought leader in digital marketing and business growth

2. Case Studies and Credentials

- Build a library of strong, well-presented client case studies across industries and service lines
- Interview internal teams and clients to extract real results, numbers, and stories worth telling
- Create case study formats for decks, website, LinkedIn, and proposal documents
- Keep credentials updated so the BD Sales team always has fresh, relevant proof to share
- Develop industry-specific credential packs for real estate, education, healthcare, and other key verticals

3. Inbound Pipeline and Lead Generation

- Own the agency's inbound lead generation strategy and execution
- Run targeted campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta to attract potential clients in priority industries
- Build and manage lead magnets including ebooks, frameworks, checklists, and free tools
- Set up and manage lead capture, nurture sequences, and CRM workflows for inbound prospects
- Track inbound lead volume, quality, and conversion rate and report against targets monthly




- Coordinate with the Founder on converting warm inbound leads to meetings

4. LinkedIn and Thought Leadership

- Manage the Digital Mojo LinkedIn page with a content calendar that drives visibility and credibility
- Write and publish content for the Founder's personal LinkedIn including posts, articles, and commentary
- Position the Founder as a voice on digital marketing, agency growth, and business scaling
- Identify speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, panel invitations, and industry events for the Founder
- Build a consistent posting rhythm that grows reach and generates inbound interest over time

5. Website and SEO

- Own the agency website as a lead generation and credibility asset
- Work with the SEO and web team to ensure the website ranks for relevant agency and service keywords
- Keep service pages, case studies, team pages, and about sections updated and conversion-optimized
- Track website traffic, lead form submissions, and conversion performance in GA4
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data

6. Awards, PR, and Industry Presence

- Research and submit Digital Mojo for relevant industry awards and agency rankings
- Build relationships with marketing publications, industry bodies, and event organizers
- Identify opportunities for press coverage, guest articles, and thought leadership placements
- Track award wins, rankings, and PR mentions and use them actively in credentials and proposals

7. Sales Enablement

- Build and maintain a library of pitch decks, proposal templates, capability documents, and one-pagers
- Create industry-specific pitch materials for real estate, education, healthcare, and other verticals
- Ensure the BD Sales team always has current, compelling, and accurate materials to close with
- Develop objection-handling content, comparison documents, and ROI calculators for the sales process
- Work closely with the Founder on refining the agency pitch based on what is winning and losing in the market

8. Events and Community

- Identify and plan Digital Mojo's presence at relevant industry events, marketing summits, and business forums in Hyderabad and beyond
- Explore co-marketing and partnership opportunities with complementary businesses
- Build a referral and partner network that generates introductions and warm leads over time

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles preferably in an agency or B2B environment
- Strong content writing skills in English across formats including LinkedIn posts, case studies, decks, and website copy
- Understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and CRM workflows
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and paid lead generation for B2B
- Working knowledge of GA4, website analytics, and basic SEO principles
- Experience building pitch decks and sales enablement materials
- Strong eye for design and brand consistency, even if not a designer
- Ability to work directly with a Founder and translate vision into execution
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for content and research
- Self-starter with the ability to build from scratch without a playbook

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Has worked in or with a digital marketing, creative, or consulting agency
- Has built or managed a brand's LinkedIn presence with measurable results
- Has written case studies, capability decks, or thought leadership content professionally
- Understands B2B marketing and how agencies win clients
- Character in sitcom is Joey
- Has an opinion on what good agency marketing looks like and can back it up

- Reports To: Founder / CEO
- Works Closely With: Pod Managers, Creative Team, SEO Team, BD Sales (when hired)
- External Facing: Yes, agency brand, credentials, and thought leadership
