US Recruiter & On boarder Band – 3/4

Location- Mumbai

Knowledge/Skills required:



Minimum 6 - 10 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market



Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain



Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles

across different organizations/business units.



Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail,

and the ability to work autonomously.



Should be ready to work on the night shift.



Individuals should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor,

CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)



Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight

timelines.



Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage.



Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach.



Leadership Skills

Educational Qualifications:



Three Year / Four-Year Degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience

Good to have skills:



Experience with US experience in BFSI and Service Industry



Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva,



Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)

Typical Responsibilities:



Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social

networking tools, university alumni sites, local organizations' websites, discussion groups, and

public and proprietary resume databases.



Full life cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right

candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.



Conduct qualified assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability,

compensation, willingness to travel/relocate, and overall suitability for the position.



Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.



Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.



Maintain daily and weekly client reports.



Mentoring New Team Member about process.
