Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Advisor

About the Company:-

We are a growing real estate consultancy/company dealing in premium residential and commercial projects across Kolkata. We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals who can manage client relationships and close property deals successfully.

- Key Responsibilities :-

- Generate leads through references, calling, digital platforms, and networking
- Handle customer inquiries related to residential/commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients




- Stay updated with Kolkata real estate market trends and competitor projects

- Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation and client-handling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Kolkata real estate market preferred
- Ability to work in field sales and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and digital communication tools

- Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate
- Freshers can apply (Sales experience preferred)
- Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / Automobile sales will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English preferred
