Key Responsibilities
Collect samples from customers/patients and perform rapid testing as needed.
Maintain specimen integrity by using aseptic techniques and following SOPs.
Accurately identify patients and verify their identity documents.
Perform venipuncture or finger-stick procedures to extract blood.
Use the correct testing equipment to analyze samples when required.




Label vials accurately and match blood specimens to the correct patients.
Prepare and package specimens for secure transportation.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, specimen volume, and test results.
Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.
Ensure proper tagging and documentation as per medical requisition forms.
Follow bio hazard and waste management protocols diligently.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years in phlebotomy and related functions.

Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in blood collection and sample handling
Understanding of diagnostic testing protocols and specimen packaging
Knowledge of biomedical waste management practices
Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Familiarity with basic computer operations
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Education: DMLT / BMLT

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as required
Customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to patient service
