Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Head to lead large-scale programs in the Public Sector and Government Business Units within India. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in Tier-1/Tier-2 IT services organizations, with proven success in managing complex delivery portfolios, driving profitability, and engaging with senior government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end accountability for delivery across Public Services programs.
Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ FTEs with revenues exceeding USD 50- 80M.
Drive operational excellence, contract management, and governance across engagements.
Ensure profitability and growth of the portfolio while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Partner with sales teams to support recent pursuits and expand existing accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior bureaucrats, consultants, and partners.
Lead large, complex turnkey programs with a focus on execution excellence.
Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the public sector domain.
AsK:
20–27 years of total experience in IT services, with significant exposure to Public Sector and Government portfolios in India.
Proven track record of managing delivery portfolios of USD 50M+ revenue and large teams of 1,000+ professionals.
Strong understanding of the System Integrator (SI) model and experience working in Tier-1/Tier-2 IT services organizations.
Expertise in commercials, contract management, and governance frameworks.
Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders
