Salary: 30,000-35,000

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Global Sourcing Manager to handle international procurement and supplier development for pole line hardware and engineering products. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, import coordination, and supply chain efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop global suppliers for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities to achieve cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Handle price negotiations, supplier agreements, and long-term contracts.
- Develop alternate suppliers to reduce sourcing risks and dependency.
- Monitor international market trends, raw material pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Design, and Finance teams for procurement planning.
- Manage import documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supply chain operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.




- Experience in engineering products, metal components, or powerline hardware preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, imports, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Positive knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier development if required.
