Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer / Supervisor (Individuals retired from a defense background can also apply) to join our team, with a primary focus on overseeing the maintenance of school buildings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and possess strong leadership qualities to ensure that projects are completed within established timelines and adhere to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

● Supervision: Manage and oversee all aspects of the school's building such as upkeep, maintenance etc.

● Quality Assurance: Ensure that work meets the highest quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes

● Timeline Management: Develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to ensure timely completion of milestones

● Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure accountability to project goals

● Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for updates, providing regular communication to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients

● Problem Solving: Identify potential risks or obstacles to project success and implement effective solutions to mitigate them

● Cost Management:



Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient allocation of resources where required

● Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for any civil work to be done in the school building, including plans, specifications, reports, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

● Proven experience (5 years and above) in managing construction & building maintenance projects only in Residential / Educational projects

● Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance of the building

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

● Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
