Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Project Sales

Location: Banglore / Karnataka market

Industry: Electrical (Wires, Cables, Fans, Lighting)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager Project Sales with strong exposure to the electrical industry such as wires, cables, fans, and lighting products. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project sales in the Hyderabad, Telangana region, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through institutional and project-based business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project sales for electrical products including wires, cables, fans, and lighting.
- Identify and generate business opportunities through consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and government departments.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, project consultants, and EPC contractors in the Banglore / Karnataka market.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth in the project segment.
- Track upcoming projects and ensure product specification with consultants.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product approvals, and order execution.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, project pipeline, and market trends.




- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies to management.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in project sales within the electrical industry (wires, cables, fans, lighting, or similar products).
- Location Exposure: Strong network and market experience in the Banglore / Karnataka market project sales market.
- Proven track record in handling large project sales and institutional clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with consultants, architects, and project developers.
- Knowledge of tendering, project approvals, and specification selling.
- Strong network within the electrical project ecosystem in Banglore / Karnataka market.
