- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Help patients move, transfer, and reposition in beds or wheelchairs
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Assist with toileting and maintain proper hygiene
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when required
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and equipment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to family members
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
