We’re Hiring | Sr. Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – GT | Nashik

We are hiring for a reputed FMCG brand . We are looking for a driven sales leader to manage and grow the General Trade business in Nashik .

Position:

Sr. Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – General Trade

Location:

Nashik

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive primary & secondary sales targets (value & volume at SKU level)

✔ Plan and execute trade schemes across retail, wholesale & rural markets

✔ Manage distributor forecasting, inventory, and stock liquidation

✔ Strengthen Sales & Distribution (S&D;) strategy and market coverage

✔ Build strong distributor network and appoint new partners

✔ Track trade spends, optimize cost-to-sales (CTS),



and manage claims

✔ Monitor competition activities and drive market share growth

✔ Lead and develop team (ASE/TSI/SO), including hiring & training

✔ Ensure adoption of DMS/SFA and robust MIS reporting

✔ Support BTL activities like activations, sampling, and visibility

Experience:

✔ 8–12 years in FMCG General Trade Sales

✔ Strong experience in distribution expansion and team handling

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA preferred
