- Responsible for overall Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) management for the Mangalore location.
- Conduct risk assessments in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Plan and deliver HSE training programs and awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and report HSE performance metrics on a periodic basis.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review incidents, track progress on initiatives, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory HSE requirements
- Review and update HSE management plans and procedures on a periodic basis
- Ensure all incidents are reported, analyzed, and corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Coordinate and manage internal and external HSE audits, and ensure timely closure of observations and corrective actions
- Responsible for collection, validation, and reporting of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
