Marketing Coordinator – HYDGEN

HYDGEN is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support business growth and brand visibility across the Indian market. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting events and exhibitions, creating marketing collateral, and working closely with Sales and Presales teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on marketing execution, stakeholder coordination, and working in a fast-paced industrial/clean energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and business engagements
- Create and adapt marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and proposals
- Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to support lead generation activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing requirements
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports
- Collect market feedback and support business development initiatives
- Ensure consistency in branding and communication materials

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Events, or B2B Marketing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel,



and presentation creation
- Experience in event coordination, campaigns, or client engagement preferred
- Candidates from industrial, engineering, manufacturing, energy, or B2B sectors preferred
- Candidates based in Mangalore or nearby locations preferred

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
