We are hiring on an immediate basis for an in-person training engagement in Bengaluru.

Only candidates who are currently based in Bengaluru should apply.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Design Thinking Trainer to conduct in-person training sessions for engineering college students in Bengaluru. The trainer must have prior hands-on experience delivering Design Thinking workshops, classroom training, or innovation-focused learning programs.

This is a trainer/facilitator role only. Training content and materials are already prepared and will be provided. The trainer will be responsible for effective delivery, learner engagement, facilitation of activities, and guiding students through the Design Thinking process.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Please apply only if:
You are currently based in Bengaluru
You have a minimum of 3 years of training/facilitation experience
You have prior experience conducting Design Thinking training sessions or workshops




You can share at least 1 previous Design Thinking training project/workshop conducted by you
You are available for recurring in-person sessions in Bengaluru

Significant Note This role is not suitable for:
Freshers
Candidates without prior Design Thinking training experience
Trainers who have not conducted Design Thinking workshops previously
Candidates outside Bengaluru
Candidates open to relocation

Profiles that do not meet the above mandatory requirements may not be considered by the client.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive Design Thinking training sessions
Facilitate activities, discussions, brainstorming exercises, and collaborative learning
Guide students through Design Thinking concepts, frameworks, and practical application
Coordinate on session flow and delivery approach with the internal team
Maintain classroom engagement and participation throughout the sessions
Ensure qualified and effective training delivery

Training Details
Initial sessions begin from 1st week of June
Ongoing weekly engagement continuing for next 6 months
Duration: 3 hours per session
Approximate monthly engagement: 24 hours per month
Batch size: Approximately 20 engineering students
