We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Lead Capture Plan Strategist who can create and optimize lead capture strategies for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand customer psychology, conversion-focused planning, landing page flow, and lead generation funnels to maximize quality leads and campaign performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and strategize effective lead capture systems for marketing campaigns
Create conversion-focused landing page flow, CTA structures, and lead forms
Optimize user journeys to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for execution
Analyze campaign and landing page performance to identify improvement opportunities
Suggest CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies for better results
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for strategic planning
Ensure alignment between ad campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture processes

Requirements:




6 Months+ experience preferred (2+ years highly preferred)
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & digital marketing strategies
Robust communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
Ability to understand customer behavior and user intent
Team coordination and project management capabilities
