Role Description
This is a contract role for a Commission Agent based in office in the Greater Chennai Area.
The Commission
Agent will focus on identifying and connecting with potential customers, managing sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes engaging with clients to promote products,
conducting product presentations and demonstrations, training customers on product use, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support. Collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets is also required.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and client relationship management
Ability to provide Training and product demonstrations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
Robust organizational and time management abilities
Proven experience in a sales or commission-based role is an advantage
