Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and occupancy across our coworking and managed office spaces in Ernakulam, Trivandrum, and Calicut. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate or flexible workspace sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients including startups, SMEs, corporates, and freelancers for coworking/managed office solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct site tours, present customized workspace solutions, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.




• Build strong relationships with local brokers, channel partners, and corporate decision-makers.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and seamless onboarding post-sales.
• Report regularly on sales activities, conversions, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, coworking, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with the local business landscape in Ernakulam, Trivandrum, and Calicut.
• Willingness to travel across locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the coworking or commercial real estate sector is a strong advantage.
