About Us: Marc is a leading manufacturer of salon equipment, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. We're seeking a hands-on and reliable Dispatch Executive to join our team in Manesar.

Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatching operations at our Manesar facility. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments to B2B clients, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily dispatch plans, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time to dealers, distributors, and B2B clients.
Prepare and verify all dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists.
Coordinate with transporters and courier partners to arrange timely vehicle placement and shipment pickups.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure correct order processing, labelling, and loading as per client specifications.




Update dispatch records, daily logs, and MIS reports in ERP/Excel on a real-time basis.
Communicate with the sales and customer service teams regarding dispatch status, delays, or order discrepancies.
Verify physical stock against system records before dispatch and report any shortages or mismatches.
Ensure all outbound shipments comply with GST norms, company SOPs, and transporter agreements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial goods company.
Working knowledge of e-way bill generation, GST invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems, along with MS Excel.
Valuable communication skills for coordinating with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
