Job Description: Sales Support Executive

Location: Manesar Gurugram

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, order management, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will help improve sales efficiency by ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for order execution and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and inventory coordination.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications for the sales team.




- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Sales support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
