Role Description This is a full time Accountant role based in Rudrapur, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing vendor bills, managing accounts receivable and payable,



and assisting with payroll entries. The role will support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal review and external auditors. The Accountant will also ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies, while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders (such as auditors, vendors, and customers).
Qualifications
Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and closing of accounts.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
Knowledge of taxation, invoicing, GST, and other statutory compliance relevant to Indian accounting practices.
Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and ability to identify and resolve
