Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Medical Billing team at a leading KPO in Kolkata. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between international clients and our medical billing operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of billing inquiries. The position demands robust communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment. As a vital part of our customer service ecosystem, you will contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced, global-facing setting.

Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries related to medical billing with accuracy and professionalism
Ensure strict adherence to medical billing regulations and compliance standards
Maintain and update customer records in internal systems with precision and consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively
Meet defined quality, productivity,



and process compliance targets on a regular basis

Requirements
Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Proven ability to work efficiently in a process-driven, deadline-oriented setting
Must be currently residing in Kolkata
Availability to work during day shifts with fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays

Note: Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata will be considered for this role.
