Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an InDesign Paginator based in Tiruchirappalli. The InDesign Paginator will be responsible for creating and adjusting page layouts, formatting content for publications, and managing the pagination process to ensure accuracy and consistency.



The role also involves collaborating with design and content teams to meet project deadlines, adhering to publication standards, and ensuring high-quality outputs through attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Layout Design and Page Layout tools, particularly Adobe InDesign
Experience with pagination processes and structured content arrangement
Knowledge of creating and managing designs and content for publications
Solid writing and editing skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate with other departments
Previous experience in publishing or related fields is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a related field is preferred
