About the Role
Convert digital‑marketing leads received via WhatsApp and social‑media inboxes into qualified appointments/patients, while coordinating closely with the Dubai sales, medical, and data‑management teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp and social‑media platforms, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our Dubai doctors and medical practitioners.
● Act as the primary contact for WhatsApp and social‑media inquiries, providing prompt, skilled replies.
● Coordinate with the Dubai sales team to validate leads, set appointments, and ensure smooth hand‑off.
● Liaise with the Dubai medical team to confirm treatment plans and share patient details securely.
● Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM (status updates, follow‑up notes, conversion tracking).
● Work with the Dubai data‑management team to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting.
● Conduct timely follow‑up calls/messages to move leads through the conversion funnel.
