Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Receptionist at our Pimpri Chinchwad location. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring an exceptional front-desk experience. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing visitor check-ins, maintaining schedules,
assisting with administrative and clerical tasks, and handling general inquiries. A professional and welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document filing, and data entry
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of office systems and MS Office Suite
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
