Job Title: Management Accountant (US Accounting)

Shift:

US Shift (6.30pm - 3.30am, 7.30pm - 4.30am)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant with experience in US accounting practices. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review

monthly management accounts

and financial statements Handle

month-end and year-end close

processes Perform

variance analysis

(budget vs actuals) and provide actionable insights Prepare

budgets, forecasts, and financial projections Manage

general ledger accounting

and reconciliations Ensure compliance with

US GAAP





and internal policies Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities Work on

accruals, prepayments, and journal entries Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data Support audits (internal & external) Prepare

MIS reports and dashboards

for management

Key Skills & Requirements: Solid knowledge of

US GAAP Experience in

month-end close, reporting, and analysis Hands-on with

Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Experience with

ERP systems

(NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Valuable communication skills (client-facing preferred)

Qualifications: CPA / CMA / CA 2–6+ years of relevant experience in US accounting
