Experience

This is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding opportunity to launch your career at DBS. As a Management Associate, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, gaining valuable experience across various departments and contributing to key business initiatives. This role provides a strong foundation for future leadership within DBS. It will additionally also help you but not limited to:

- Develop a strong understanding of DBS's business model, values, and strategic objectives.




- Develop strong understanding of banking operations and regulations through on-the-job training and external training programs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and strong working relationships.

Education

Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training​

Exposure

Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort

Who Are We Looking For

You have an excellent record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values that are important to you, and drive to impact the lives of others.​

Additionally, you have and/or are:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration (BBA/MBA) from a reputable university.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Passionate about banking and technology
