Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate IBDP Chemistry Teacher to deliver engaging and inquiry-based learning experiences for Diploma Programme students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, experience with IB methodology, and the ability to support students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons for IBDP students.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the IB curriculum framework.
Encourage inquiry-based and student-centered learning.
Prepare students for internal and external IB assessments.
Guide students in practical laboratory work and experiments.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.
Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings,



and qualified development activities.
Support students with Extended Essays (EE), TOK integration, and CAS activities when required.
Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership regarding student performance.

Requirements
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
B.Ed. or teaching qualification preferred.
IB DP Chemistry teaching experience preferred.
Robust understanding of IB philosophy and methodology.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
