LeaseWave / Microsoft Dynamics GP Support Engineer Experience: 4–8 years We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in LeaseWave (must-have) and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP (Excellent Plains) to support critical leasing and finance applications in a production environment. The role requires hands-on experience in incident management, production stability, finance integration, and SQL-based troubleshooting,
with close interaction with finance/accounting stakeholders and engineering teams. Production Support & Incident Management Provide L2/L3 production support for LeaseWave and/or Dynamics GP applications Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within defined SLAs Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure timely resolution of production issues Monitor application health and proactively address system issues Functional & Finance Domain Support Support end-to-end lease processing lifecycle, including: Billing cycles and invoicing
