Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced WTG SCADA Engineer for a Wind IPP Project at Kaij, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SCADA systems associated with Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), substations, and remote monitoring infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and operation of WTG SCADA systems for wind farm performance optimization
• Handling SCADA alarms, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of communication systems
• Integration and maintenance of WTG, PPC, SCADA, and data acquisition systems
• Coordination with OEMs, O&M; teams, and grid operators for fault rectification
• Monitoring generation performance, availability, and grid compliance
• Ensuring uptime of communication networks including fiber, Ethernet, switches, and RTUs
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly generation and downtime reports
• Managing remote monitoring systems and control center coordination
• Support during commissioning, testing, and synchronization activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures




• Coordination with electrical and site operation teams for breakdown resolution
• Knowledge of SCADA protocols such as Modbus, IEC 104, OPC, etc.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
• Experience in Wind Power Projects / Renewable Energy sector preferred
• Hands-on experience in WTG SCADA systems and communication infrastructure
• Experience working with OEM platforms such as Siemens Gamesa, Suzlon, GE, Vestas, Inox, Nordex, etc. preferred
• Good understanding of PPC, SCADA architecture, networking, and substation communication systems
