Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 3+ years of experience in manual & automation, API testing, and eCommerce/B2C products to join our team.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms through effective testing strategies and processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices, along with a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for handling the testing lifecycle, from requirement understanding to release validation.
- Planning and execution of testing activities, including test strategy, test cases, scope, and timelines.
- Execution of functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Validation of end-to-end user journeys, especially for eCommerce/B2C workflows (product listing to order completion).
- Contribution to automation initiatives and improvement of testing processes using Selenium/Appium or similar tools.
- Analysis of system behaviour through API validation and data verification.
- Identification, documentation, and tracking of defects with proper analysis until closure.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth releases.
- Monitoring overall application quality, performance, and usability before release.
- Use of Browser DevTools for debugging UI and console issues.




- Maintaining clear and structured test documentation and reports.
- Ensure quality standards, performance, and usability benchmarks are met.

Requirement

- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (manual & automation) within the IT/services industry.
- Strongexperiencein API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
- Experience in automation testing using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience in eCommerce/B2C product testing
- Experience in web and mobile/application testing (Android/iOS).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing processes, SDLC & STLC.
- Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and use Browser DevTools.
- Working knowledge of GIT (good to have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools in a QA/testing context.

Qualifications

B.Tech or any relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
