We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MBA (HR) student or recent graduate to join our team as an HR Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations in a agile environment focused on IT training and software consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (trainers, developers, consultants)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and tech communities
- Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication, technical basics, and cultural fit
- Coordinate with technical teams for technical interviews and evaluations
- Assist in batch hiring and student enrollment coordination for training programs
- Maintain candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding for both employees and training participants
- Collaborate with internal teams on project-based and training hiring requirements
- Assist in organizing walk-ins, hiring drives, and campus recruitment activities
- Support employer branding through job postings and social media hiring campaigns
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR (pursuing or completed)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
