About Neximm Immigration

Neximm Immigration is a Dehradun‑based immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing transparent, professional guidance for study, work and settlement abroad. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative Social Media Manager to build our brand online and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and execute a social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to promote Neximm’s immigration services and success stories.
- Create, edit and publish engaging content (reels, shorts, posts, stories, community posts) showcasing client journeys, visa updates, FAQs and office activities.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting in line with campaigns and intake seasons.
- Respond to comments, DMs and queries across platforms, capture leads and coordinate follow‑up with counsellors / sales team.
- Monitor trends, hashtags and competitor activities relevant to immigration and overseas education and suggest new content ideas.
- Track performance using platform insights (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads generated) and share weekly and monthly reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate with management for campaign briefs, offers, webinars and events, and ensure brand consistency in all creatives and captions.
- Support basic paid promotions/boosted posts to increase reach and lead flow,



including audience selection and basic budget tracking.

Required qualifications and skills

- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Marketing / Mass Communication / Business or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts (agency or in‑house); experience in immigration / education / service‑based industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook; familiarity with YouTube and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Good copywriting skills in English and Hindi; ability to write transparent, engaging captions and hooks.
- Basic skills in Canva / similar design tools and mobile video editing apps.
- Comfortable working with analytics dashboards and preparing simple performance reports.
- Strong communication, time management and coordination skills; ability to work from the Dehradun office during regular business hours.
