- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Find opportunities to improve customer retention.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend internal training programs to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet individual qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements and skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role (If applicable)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Basic Computer skills.

Fixed Salary (CTC):
₹16,500 – ₹17,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹ 2000 -₹ 2,500 per month

Day Shift: 07:45 AM – 03:45 PM
Evening Shift: 03:45 PM – 11:45 PM
Night Shift: 11:45 PM – 07:45 AM
