About the Role

As a Family Relations & Customer Success Intern, you will be the voice of Razano for families. Your job is to keep every lead warm, follow up with families who have enquired but not yet booked, and make sure every family that uses Razano feels genuinely cared for after their booking.

This is a relationship-first role. You will not be doing hard selling — you will be having warm, empathetic conversations with families about their elderly parents and helping them access the right care. If you are a people person who communicates with warmth and clarity, this role is for you.

What You Will Do Daily

- Follow up with families who enquired about Razano services but have not yet booked — warm, non-pushy check-ins
- Make post-session satisfaction calls to families after every completed booking — collect feedback and build long-term relationships
- Add and update every new family lead in the shared Google Sheet tracker — accurately, every day
- Manage Razano's presence in RWA and society WhatsApp groups — post helpful elder care content, respond to basic enquiries




- Re-engage families who have used Razano before but haven't booked in 2+ weeks
- Support the senior coordinator with booking updates, scheduling, and family communications

What You Will Learn

- How healthcare customer success and relationship management works in a real startup

- Elder care operations and the home healthcare industry in India
- How to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- CRM basics using Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business

Who We Are Looking For

- Final year students or recent graduates — any stream
- Freshers encouraged — no experience required, just the right attitude
- Warm, empathetic communication style — you will be speaking with families about their elderly parents
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken Hindi and English
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to update records without being reminded
- Based in or able to commute to Gurugram
- Own smartphone is mandatory. Laptop preferred.
