Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who understands the fitness industry and can contribute to the growth of our Ambala branch. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to leads and convert inquiries into memberships
Maintain and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct gym tours, explain membership plans, and upsell services
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain daily/weekly reports on walk-ins, calls,
and follow-ups
Collaborate with the front desk and fitness trainers for a seamless client experience
Represent the Fit7 brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and goal-oriented
Basic knowledge of fitness and gym services is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
