A Production Manager for Tetra Pak and Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) lines holds a critical, high-level manufacturing role responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and maintaining the efficiency of beverage production. These positions are common in major beverage companies (e.g., Coca-Cola bottlers) and packaging companies like Tetra Pak.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the entire production process, including Tetra Pak aseptic lines and PET CSD filling lines.
Production Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to ensure maximum output (OEE) while maintaining quality standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage machine uptime, reduce breakdown times, and oversee routine maintenance of filling machinery (e.g., KHS, Tetra Pak).
Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety systems (e.g., OHSAS) and quality control protocols, particularly in aseptic food packaging.




Resource Management: Manage staffing, inventory, and raw materials (packaging materials, ingredients) to ensure uninterrupted production.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise: Solid experience with Tetra Pak filling machines (A3 speed, etc.) and CSD/PET filling technology.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of carbonated soft drinks, fruit juice processing, and aseptic packing technologies.
Management Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage shift operations, and improve operational efficiency.
Common Hiring Sectors
Beverage Manufacturing: Coca-Cola bottlers (e.g., SLMG Beverages), PepsiCo bottlers, and independent beverage producers.
Packaging Suppliers: Companies specializing in Tetra Pak and PET solutions.
