Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the IT Hardware / Networking industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
