We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling deliveries, collecting payments (if applicable), and providing excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:-
Pick up and deliver products/packages to customers safely and on time.
Verify delivery details, invoices, and customer information before dispatch.
Collect payments or obtain customer signatures when required.
Handle customer queries professionally during deliveries.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage or loss.
Coordinate with warehouse/store/operations teams regarding dispatch status.
Adhere to company policies, traffic rules, and safety regulations.
Report delays, accidents, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
Requires their own bike for deliveries.
