Job Title: Customer Support - Inbound // Day Shift - Kolkata

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: 6 months - 2 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Mode of Interview: F2F

Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound Customer Support Executive to handle incoming calls from customers. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls (100-150 Per day) to candidates in a professional and efficient manner.

- Share accurate, clear, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources.

- Understand candidate queries, provide timely resolutions, or escalate issues to the concerned team when required.

- Maintain and update detailed records of all interactions in Excel.

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.

- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high quality and productivity standards.

- Location: (New Alipore, Salt Lake Kolkata) Work From Office

- Note - Only Kolkata candidates are eligible.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Min 06 months to 1 year experience in BPO or Tele calling or Tele sales Industry.

- Must have laptop or desktop with 8 GB RAM

- Must have stable wifi/ network connection

Benefits

Salary : Upto Rs. 14000 take home

Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

6 days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday off)
