Roles and Responsibilities

Manage well completion operations on offshore oil & gas platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor well intervention activities such as logging, testing, and production optimization.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-risk operations to ensure safety and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineers to design and implement new well completion techniques using advanced technologies like artificial lift systems (ALS) or horizontal wellbores.
Ensure timely reporting of project progress, budgetary control, and quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of a well.

Job Requirements

8+ years of relevant work experience in Completion well planning, designing and well operations.
Must have experience in designing and executing OHGP and CHGP operations.
Demonstrated experience dealing with Service providers and Completion contractors.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Work experience in a multicultural and changing setting
