Position: Business Development Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and growth-oriented Business Development Head to lead client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth for the company. The candidate will be responsible for building business strategies, managing a team, and expanding the company’s reach across industries and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business development and client acquisition strategies
- Generate and convert leads through networking, LinkedIn, calls, emails, and outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 junior executives
- Coordinate with HR and Digital teams for company growth




- Develop sales pipelines and growth plans
- Achieve business targets and contribute to company expansion

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or client handling preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven startup environment
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of B2B outreach and client relationship management is a plus

A proactive leader with solid networking abilities, business mindset, and the capability to build and scale teams in a startup ecosystem.
